Jeff Willet’s Powerhouse Gym features a separate cardiovascular training level and a semi private 3rd level offering a variety of aerobics and group exercise classes. Non-members can drop in for a class at any time for only $5.00
Other amenities include showers and locker rooms, Powerhouse gym clothing/apparel and an exclusive AST Sports Science supplement store where members receive a 25% discount on all AST products. Gift certificates are available.
Treat yourself to a delicious and healthy protein smoothie from JW’s Energy Station located inside. JW’s Energy Station is a protein smoothie bar with refreshing protein smoothies made to order using the finest AST Sports Science nutritional products. Non-members are welcome.
