Just wanted to send you a follow-up email.
April of 2013 I decided to change the way I looked and felt. I was miserable, out of shape and a poor example of health.
I had seen “I Want to Look Like That Guy” and became inspired by Stuart’s story and your motivation and leadership.
After watching, studying the DVD and related materials I decided that I could also do what Stuart did. So I embarked on a 12 month transformation of the mind and body.
17/05/2014 I entered my first natural bodybuilding competition. I placed 3rd in the Novice division. To say that I am happy is an understatement. I want to thank you and Stuart for the motivation, education and positive role model you displayed. THANK YOU.
Just to add that I found the “I Want to Look Like That Guy System” of DVD’s highly educational. I would watch “Posing To Win” almost nightly in the lead up to the competition.
