    Hi Jeff, thank you for your dedication to helping your fans.

    I am dieting down and I’m getting to how lean I want to be, I want to know how to shift my calories and just issues with my diet, when I start muscle building. I don’t agree with the cutting and bulking stages, and I agree smart nutrient timing and Max OT principles make a mean body, but what about my calories, eat at slightly above maintenance for muscle building?

    • Thanks for the great feedback.

      I think that’s the basic idea because you don’t need to gain fat to gain muscle. And you don’t need to pile on calories to gain muscle either. You need smart ratios, good timing and consistent intake 24/7. Sounds like you are on the right track.
