  1. Great information. What is the best workout plan if I only have 30 minute a day to workout? Thanks Jeff!

    • Max-OT is low volume so if you split the workout over 5 days, most workouts will fall close to that time frame. You can even skim some sets and focus on just the basic compound exercises.
